2 tbs Savory
2 tbs Red pepper
3 Bay leaves
5 tbs Sunflower oil
50 g Flour
500 ml Water

Cut the chicken fillet in big pieces. Slice the onion and fry it a bit /app. 3-5 min/. Add chicken, 250 ml water and stew until water boils away.

Put the flour and red pepper in and again fry for 2-3 min. Add sliced mushrooms and quinces. Flavor with the rest of the spices, add 250 ml water and stew at a low temperature until ready.
