Directions
Fresh greens, healthy avocado, crunchy sesame and croutons. A queen on top of it – marinated fish. Juicy, full of flavor, indeed just brilliant combination. Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!
- You may use vinegar with rosemary scent at this point to accent on the flavor
- You can add rucula, spinach or iceberg – in any case taste will be outstanding

Prepare the croutons by cutting the bread vertically, then horizontally to achieve regular cubes. Put into bowl and flavor with some olive oil, salt and rosemary. Mix well to aromatize bread from all sides. Put into saucepan and fry for couple of minutes. Leave aside. Wash and tear the lettuce by hands. Season with olive oil, salt and vinegar. Mix carefully to preserve the leaves. Transfer into plate and add avocado slices. Sprinkle with sesame and croutons. Finish with the marinated fish fillets. |
