Directions
Stuffed vegetables is a typical meal for the Balkans and the Mediterranean. Full of flavor, soft and juicy, red peppers are excellent „coat” for any tasty filling. Vegetarian love. Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!
- You may use green peppers too, of course
- Choose any type of sirene you like or even mix two types
- You may prepare the mixture on the day before. If so, store in fridge

Take baking dish and stuff the mixture into the peppers. Arrange the sliced tomatoes like peppers caps. Place the stuffed peppers in the dish, sprinkle with the olive oil and the water. Place the lid and bake for 30 minutes at 180 C. Finally, remove the lid and bake for additional 15 minutes to get brown. |
