Directions
Beat the hunger with our favorite trio of spinach, rice and protein-rich eggs. Delicious vegetarian set bursting into color and flavor. You may serve in one plate or in individual bowls, indulge in it. Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!
- Experiment with adding extra herbs for more flavor
- To avoid burning of the rice at the bottom of the saucepan, withdraw from the heat while there is still some water in. Leave aside and the rice will absorb the water by itself in couple of minutes
- You may bake the whole amount as one portion in a baking pan
- You may also distribute it in individual bowls with a cracked egg per bowl, thus you will have a perfect serving for one
