75 g Raisins
225 g Sugar
65 g Walnuts
1 tsp Lemon peel
1 tsp Cinnamon
4 tbs Bread-crumbs
3 tbs Milk

Two favorites in one recipe giving an awesome combination of flavors. Rest and celebrate the holidays with additional care as it is kind of dangerous to have the strudel ready and unattended. Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • Wait with the preparation of filling until dough is tighten enough in fridge or even better, in freezer
  • Grate and drain away fruits to reduce liquid in filling
  • Finally serve ready strudel with a ball of ice cream to your taste

Mix flour, eggs, 4 tbs sugar and soft butter in a bowl until an elastic dough is formed. Put in fridge for 40-50 minutes to tighten up.

Prepare the filling into a deep bowl by mixing grated apple, pumpkin, raisins, the cup of sugar, walnuts, bread-crumbs, lemon peel and cinnamon. Stir well.

Make a sheet from the dough. Place filling inside and roll. Spread the milk above and dust with sugar. Place on baking paper in pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for about 60 minutes. Serve when cooled down.
