Directions
One of the simplest traditional Bulgarian meals. Perfect beans stew requires slow, long and low temperature cooking. A must have at Christmas eve’s table. Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!
- Soak the beans for 24 hours for faster boiling and assimilation. Rinse well before cooking
- You can use fresh as well as dry spices (quantity of dry ones should be less in this case)
