It is amazing how delicious the simplest recipes are. Full of aromas, sweet and soft, giving a hint for the coming holidays. Suitable recipe for the days when you have lots of fruits at home and thinking of a new way to have them on the table. Baked fruits – Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • You can add water in the baking tin for softer result
  • When ready, you can add chopped nuts and honey on top

Wash all fruits well and leave them with their skin on. Cut them in big pieces.

Cover the baking tin with baking paper. Arrange the fruits. Sprinkle them with some water /100 ml/. Cover with aluminium foil and put fruits in a pre-heated oven at 180 C for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 20 minutes. Sprinkle with ground walnuts when serving.
