Warm yourself with this nutritious chicken meal. Garden vegetables, rich broth, light meat. A traditional recipe that will give you cosy feeling and a taste of home. - You can prepare bigger quantity of broth and save some freezed for later meals
- You may put other types of vegetables and spices in addition

Pour 2 litters water in saucepan. Add chicken breasts and let it boil. Reduce temperature and keep cooking the chicken. Meanwhile wash and chop all vegetables. When chicken is almost ready, take it out and drain the broth. Tear the meat into medium size pieces. Return to the hot plate. Put the saucepan with drained broth and chicken pieces in. |
