1 tea cup corn Flour
2 tsp Baking powder
2 tbs Linseed
2 tsp dry Thyme
1 tbs Honey
1.5 tea cups Sirene
2 Eggs
600 g Yogurt
75 g Butter
1 tsp Salt

Corn bread is an escape from regular bread with its golden color, healthy seeds, thyme aroma and delicious sirene! Likely to become your favourite! Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • You can use sugar instead of honey and sunflower seeds instead of linseed
  • You can also add sunflower or pumpkin raw nuts
  • Furthermore you can test whether your baking dish is ready with a stick in the middle of it. If it gets out dry, it is time to take the dish out

Mix all-purpose flour, corn flour, baking powder, linseed, thyme and honey into one bowl. Crumble and add the sirene. Mix everything well.

Take another bowl and whisk the eggs with the yogurt and butter. Put the flour mixture into the eggs’ one, add salt and stir well with spatula.

Cover your baking tin with baking paper. Pour the dough mixture. Bake for 35 minutes in pre-heat oven at 180 C (until it gets brown crust).
