1 tbs fresh Dill

Roast the red peppers, peel and slice them. Chop the tomatoes, dill and garlic. In small bowl, mix the sunflower oil, the vinegar and a pinch of salt. Stir well.

Take bigger bowl and combine the roasted red peppers, the tomatoes, the corn, the dill and the garlic. Flavor with the dressing and stir everything well. Serve as appetizer, salad or side dish.
