- Always sift flour and cocoa for more refine result
- Fill the muffin cups with equal quantity of batter in order to become ready simultaneously
- Test readiness of the muffins by inserting wooden skewer or a toothpick in the center of a muffin. Furthermore, if the skewer comes out clean and dry, muffins are ready
- Add some melted chocolate for even more brownie flavour
