Directions
Without a doubt it is a guilty-free piece of heaven, full of natural sweetness and good fats, thanks to ingredients like dried fruits and nuts. Orange aroma, cocoa touch and a whiff of cognac in addition. Fruit & nut pudding – Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!
- Again, you can test whether your baking dish is ready with a stick in the middle of it. If it gets out dry, it is time to take the dish out
- You can use dried fruits per your taste and/or additional aromas

Turn the oven on at 150 C. Use a baking dish with 18 cm diameter and cover its bottom with baking paper. Take a bowl and mix well the pistachio /whole nuts/, 2 types of almonds /chopped and fillet/, raisins, cranberries, plums /chopped/, cocoa, baking powder, the Spice mix and the orange peel. We used as Spice mix a combination of cinnamon, ginger, clove, coriander and nutmeg - 2 tsp in total. |
