  • You can use either cashew or walnuts instead
  • Perfect company for pasta, bruschettas or salads
  • You can also combine with Grana Padano cheese or use other hard cheese to your taste

Put basil, olive oil, pecorino, garlic and pine nuts into a blender. Blend for some seconds.

Add a little salt and the lemon juice. Pour in a jar and add some more olive oil. Store in fridge.
