2 tbs Sunflower oil
1 tbs Thyme

150 g Tomatoes
1 tbs Parsley
100 g Sirene

We have prepared our hot salad from the freshest tomato, the most aromatic onion and the creamiest sirene. Vis a vis with chilli peppers and buns. Hot salad – Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • With this salad you can easily skip the main meal
  • Do not use watery onions
  • Serve it on herb rusks

Cut the onions into slices. Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry the onions until they got caramelised. Stir every two-three minutes to prevent burning. Flavour with thyme, black pepper and salt.

Cut one tomato into cubes and arrange on a plate. Sprinkle with 1 tbs parsley. Add the caramelised onions above and crumble some sirene on top. Serve with bread or rusks and chilli peppers.
