Lemon flavored dressing with additional freshness of parsley and yogurt. Fish in homemade marinate. In addition fresh, crispy lettuce. A coat of tortilla. Small details lead to great results. Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

Dress up

Melt the butter in bain-marie. Pour into bowl. Add lemon juice, mustard, parsley and nutmeg. Flavor with salt and black pepper. Add yogurt and stir everything well.

Roll on

Take one tortilla, place several leaves of fresh lettuce and 3 pieces of marinated fish. Add 3-4 table spoons of dressing and roll. Put several party sticks to keep it tight. Just before serving, cut the roll into smaller bites.
