50 g Bread
60 g green Peppers

  • You can make the meatballs small ones so they can be eaten at one bite
  • Always mix the minced beef with bread so it gets a better texture
  • Before using the bread put it in water and then strain it off
  • Roast them in the oven’s middle rack on a program grill with a fan
  • The meatballs are perfect combination with either dips or in a burger

Cut parsley, onion and green pepper. Mix the vegetables with the minced meat, the egg and the bread /previously saturated in water/. Add the spices. Mix very well all of the ingredients.

Shape the meat into small balls and press to form thin round shape. Roast them in the oven at 220 °C for 25 minutes or until ready.
