Directions

A dessert that satisfies all your senses. Fruity, creamy and with lots of chocolate. We leave to your imagination to experiment with other fruits. Mille-feuille – Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • Add some nuts to the chocolate while melted for crunchy taste
  • Use different fruits to your taste
  • You may skip the coolie

In frying pan put down 100 g raspberries and 100 g sugar. Preheat and stir while fruits turn into liquid souse. Remove from the heat. Pour the souce into seive in order to remove the seeds from raspberries. Put the souce on a side while cool. Now you have a raspberry coolie.

Melt the chocolate chips on water bath. Spread the melted chocolate on aluminum foil. Refrigerate the chocolate while toughen.

Beat the sour cream with 1.5 tbs sugar. Add mascarpone to the sweet cream mixture. Stir. When the cream is homogenous add the raspberry coolie. Put the cream into piping bag.

Break the cooled chocolate into big triangles. Put little doze of cream on a plate in order to prevent the dessert from moving. Put a chocolate triangle and cover with cream and circle sliced cherries. Repeat the procedure arranging chocolate triangles one over another. Garnish with fresh mint and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
