1 tsp Black pepper
0.5 tsp Red pepper

1 bunch Dill
3 tbs Lemon juice

Directions

Give this classic, Balkan dish a try without delay. Meat, potatoes, tomatoes and traditional spices sing a culinary melody in a perfect synchron. Moussaka – Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • Serve with yogurt
  • Use ground beef and pork mince 50:50
  • Use either sour cream or milk of you do not find yogurt

Fry the mince in frying pan and smash it into small pieces. Add peeled and cubed tomato. Flavor with ½ tsp pepper and ½ tsp salt.

Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Flavor them with ½ tsp of pepper, ½ tsp of salt, ½ of savory, sunflower oil and ½ tsp red pepper. Put the mince over the potatoes. Add 100 ml water, put lid over and bake in oven for 40 minutes at 240 °C

Beat 3 eggs in a bowl. Make a topping from the beaten eggs, yogurt, garlic, 1 bunch of fresh dill and juice of ½ lemon. Flavour with salt and pepper. When the dish is ready remove from the oven, spill the topping on it and return it in oven for 10 minutes while golden brown.
