- The secret of the dessert is in the brown muscovado sugar, don‘t replace it
- You may substitute the heavy cream with milk for lighter version of the dessert
- We recommend you to use whole grain biscuits, for example with sesame
- You can soak the biscuits in the heavy cream-whiskey mix and then add them already moist in the bowl
