Add 230 g of sugar in medium saucepan. Put it on the hot plate and turn the heat on to caramelize. Transfer to the baking tray and spread it evenly. Separately, melt the butter. Pour it over the caramel and place the tray in fridge for a while to cool down. Wash and cut the peaches into slices (equal crescents). Arrange them in circle over the cold caramel and butter. |

Beat the egg whites with another 230 g of the sugar. Be careful and beat till the moment of snow-like. Beat the egg yolks with the last 230 g of sugar. Mix the yolks and the whites while stirring with wooden spoon. Add the sifted flour mixed with the baking powder to the eggs mixture. Finally add the two vanilla essences. Pour the mixture over the peaches. Bake in preheat oven at 220 C until toothpick inserted comes out clean and dry. That means the cake is ready. Turn it upside down on big plate and enjoy. |
