Quick and easy to prepare. For the days when you need something tasty and you are in a hurry. You can serve pickled gherkins as winter salad, as part of a sandwich or as an appetizer for rakia. Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • The perfect proportion is 1 tbs per 1 litre
  • If the marinate is not well blended at the beginning, close the jar tight and turn it upside down and back one time per day in the first three days

Mix well mustard, salt and about 200 ml of the water. Таке а jar with 2 liter capacity and arrange gherkins inside. Pour the mustard mix and add as much water as to fill up the jar. The pickles are ready after 3-6 days depending on the temperature they are stored at.
