Let’s be honest, almost everyone loves potatoes. Potato salad is an ideal starter or the perfect accompaniment to meat. Easy to prepare, served hot or cold, with so many options to add into the mix. Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • You may serve either as cold salad or hot side dish
  • You can use red onions instead of spring onions

Cut the potatoes into cubes and boil them. Drain the water from the potatoes and sprinkle with green onion and parsley.
