Perfect things in life are often simple. With the potatoes skin on and thyme as a final, this dish will take your plate into a melty and aroma heaven. Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • You may serve either as side dish or main course
  • If you use dry thyme reduce to 1 tbs because dry herbs are more concentrated

Wash the potatoes very well and leave their skin on. Cut them into big cubes and place in a baking pan. Pour the water and the sunflower oil into the pan. Sprinkle with salt.

Cover the baking pan with baking foil. Bake the potatoes for 30 minutes in oven at maximum degrees. After that remove the foil and return in the oven for 10 more minutes. Remove the dish from the oven and add the fresh thyme. Cover the hot potatoes and thyme with the baking foil for up to 10 minutes.
