2 tbs Cognac

A jar with homemade jam gives so many sweet aspects to a regular day. A few ingredients recipe and you will be dreaming what to combine it with – pancakes, waffles or biscuits. Quinces jam – Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • You can use lemon juice instead of citric acid
  • Add can add walnuts on top for extra flavor
  • You can decorate jars with napkins and labels to create a home spirit

Wash and grate the Quinces. Use a large cooking pot and cover them with sugar.

Put the pot on the hot plate. When boiling is reached stir well and remove foam. Set hot plate at a lower temperature. Add the cognac to enrich the taste. When it is densed enough, time for citric acid. Stir well and withdraw from hot plate.

Distribute jam in dry jars, seal and turn upside down for about 24 hours in cool place.
