  • Roast the peepers on the grill or in the oven
  • Skip the garlic if you don’t like it
  • You can use dill instead of parsley
  • You can add sugar instead of honey

Roast the peppers. Remove from the oven and peel. Make salad dressing from vinegar, salt, sunflower oil, honey and mashed garlic. Soak the peppers into the salad dressing and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
