500 g strained Yogurt
200 g Cucumber
4 cloves Garlic
1 bunch Dill
2 tbs Sunflower oil
Salt
1 Lemon

Snejanka means “Snow-White”. A salad based on yogurt and, yet, so fresh due to the cucumber in it. Winter variation allows pickled cucumbers instead. Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • You may also serve it as a main salad or dip
  • Add some walnuts for a crunchy taste

Cut the cucumbers into small pieces. Add smashed garlic, dill and strained yoghurt. Stir. Flavor the salad with sunflower oil, lemon juice and salt.
