2 tbs Red pepper
2 tbs Black pepper
3 tbs Olive oil

200 g baby Spinach
1 bunch of Lettuce
50 g Olives
100 g red Onions
6 tbs Olive oil
6 tbs Balsamic vinegar

Directions

More than salad, full meal experience. Crispy and fresh greens, fibers rich chickpeas, marinated sirene, crunchy red onion and juicy olives. Symphony of taste and colors. Spinach, chickpeas and marinated sirene salad – Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • You may use ready canned chickpeas or boil at home, even on the day before
  • Use baby spinach for faster and softer result
  • You can use other type of sirene if you like

Chop the sirene into cubes. Put in bowl, add red pepper, black pepper, olive oil and mix everything well. Leave for 10 minutes to marinate.

Wash all vegetables. Slice olives and red onion. Take big bowl and start with the lettuce. Tender way to preserve vitamins in it is to tear lettuce into smaller pieces by hands. Add spinach and flavor with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Stir well carefully to keep the shape of leaves. Add chickpeas and marinated sirene. Arrange with red onion and olives.
