  • You may add mayonnaise for extra flavor
  • For homogeneous paste, use a mixer to blend all the ingredients

Wash and chop the spinach and the shallot, grate the pecorino. Take bowl and combine all the ingredients. Stir everything well and transfer into small serving bowl. Present with roasted meat, potatoes or as spread on a toast.
