It just has it all. Tasty potatoes, juicy vegetables, aroma spices and most important, our meat star – Bulgarian sujuk. A salad so nourishing and full of aroma and textures. Sujuk winter salad – Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • You can serve it as main dish or appetizer
  • You may prepare sauce or Snejanka salad to accompany the meal

Peel and slice the potatoes. Take baking tray, put the potatoes in and sprinkle with 50 ml olive oil. Add water and cover with aliminium foil. Bake in preheat oven at 200 C for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile cut celery, onion, red and green peppers into cubes. Take out the potatoes and distribute the raw vegetables over. Pour 50 ml olive oil and cook for 15 minutes.

Chop the tomatoes. Take out the baking tray and add these over. Bake for 5 minutes more. Slice sujuk and heat it on both sides for 5 minutes in saucepan at medium heat.

Take big bowl and transfer all baked vegetables. Put the sizzled sujuk in. Flavor with dry thyme and savory. Stir well and serve warm.
