Take frying pan and add oil. Heat at high temperature. With two spoons, sip one by one portions of the mixture. Fry for about 5 minutes each till golden brown crisp. Take out the ready aeroballs and lay them over kitchen paper to soak in the extra oil. Transfer to a new plate and powder with sugar. Serve warm. |
