Directions
Three layers of deliciousness. Espresso moist sponge cake, fresh banana slices and sour cream. Full of aromas, creamy but light. And so easy to prepare. Tripled layered banana cake – Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

- Add some brandy to the espresso for even richer taste

Sift the flour. Beat the eggs with the sugar. Gradually, add the flour and the baking powder. Beat everything well to smooth dough. Take baking tray with removable ring. It will be used for baking and assembling the cake. Cover the tray with parchment paper. Transfer the dough in and bake for 30 minutes in preheat oven at 200 C. |
