4 tbs Sunflower oil
100 g pitted Black olives
600 g Tomatoes
150 g Shallots
4 springs Basil
120 processed Smoked cheese
50 ml White wine
Salt
Black pepper

Tender and healthy turkey, aroma cheese and rich tomato sauce. Light but multi-component and delicious. Soo Tasty with Soo Foodies!

  • you can use chicken or hen meat
  • add tomato puree instead tomatoes if you prefer

Cut the turkey meat into portions and place in a greased baking dish with oil, pour in the white wine, add 1 cup water, cover it with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Shortly before the turkey portions are ready, removed them and cover each with chopped smoked processed cheese. Bake again until the cheese is melted and crusty.

Cut the shallots into small pieces and stew these in a pan with hot sunflower oil and a little water to soften. Add the peeled and cut tomatoes, sliced olives and boil the sauce until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve a portion of meat aside the tomato sauce and garnish with basil.
